All the Borrower books are wonderful. They are well written, interesting books for children. But adults will enjoy them as well. I love the portraits of the character of the human beans revealed in this book, and our old friends Pod, Homily, Arrietty, and Spiller are all here, of course. The Kindle edition does have a few typos, which I wish were not there. But I love the fact that I can get any word, and specifically antique or English terminology defined so easily with the Kindle edition.

i ordered this along with a few others, and haven't gotten it on my kindle yet, but i sure i'll like it.

This series is rife with scanning/conversion typos, and while I wouldn't want to give it to a child to read, it's very nice to have when one is behind on shelving and missing the Borrowers in more ways than one.
Sent to Grandchildren, they love.
Loved these as a child, still do in my second childhood!
The Borrowers Aloft Plus the short tale Poor Stainless Edition was okay. Like the hard cover book better than the kindle edition.
Love every Borrowers book and this is no exception. Fun, creative, imaginative, engaging writing style. I loved these as a kid and after re-reading them as an adult I remember why. The best...and timeless.
